Can I resell ebooks ?

I have seen lots of ebooks on ebay with traders advertising that they have resell rights. Does this mean I can just buy their ebook and resell it on ebay with no comebacks? There dosen’t appear to be copyrights on these cook ebooks and I;m wondering how some sellers can say that they have resell, does it mean they are the author of the ebook? please advise

When I go to fullscreen on a video streaming on Win Med Plr I get error message and video turns off. HELP?

Someone has asked to purchase the resell right to an Ebook i have made. I have spent many days and hours putting it together and it sells really well at $15 per Ebook (I sell atleast 1 - 3 a day). I am considering this but i am unsure on what i should price the rights at as my Ebook is very popular.
